PLAYERS: Eli Manning
TEAMS: New York Giants
I would have benched me too Juan… Hakeem Nicks came into the season injured and laid an egg against the Cowboys is week one.  He then came back in week 2 with a 10/199/1 performance that had his fantasy owners jumping for joy.  He re-injured his foot and also injured his knee in that game, which caused him to miss 3 games. Since returning Nicks has been an absolute bust.  He has 13/153/0 in the last 4 weeks combines.  He capped off this crap run with a 1 catch effort for a whopping 10 yards.  Eli has struggled and it’s correlated to his WRs struggling too.  Hard to sit him and hard to start him.  Nicks has Cin, Was, and NO coming up, so he could bounce back, but for now you have to temper your expectations until he produces. Manning doesn't deliver vs Steelers in 24-20 loss

After delivering so many times with late comebacks and big performances, Eli Manning and the New York Giants couldn't provide a happy ending for the storm-ravaged fans who came to see them against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Manning not only came short and looked out of sorts in a 24-20 loss Sunday, his passing statistics were his worst in almost four years. He finished 10 of 24...

Muy Frio: Eli Manning

I’m a head scratcher Juan… Eli Manning is a great NFL QB.  Ice water in his veins that allows him to bring his team back late in games.  This has translated to fantasy stats in recent years and his preseason ranking in the top 10 was an indication of where owners thought he should be getting drafted.  In the first 5 weeks of the season, Eli scored 15 or more fantasy points...

NFL Rumors: Is Peyton Manning 2012 NFL MVP At Denver Broncos Midseason?

Peyton Manning has won four NFL MVP awards. The Denver Broncos quarterback is no stranger to what it takes to win the NFL MVP. In fact, although he did not play a single snap during the 2011 NFL season, which turned out to be his final one with the Indianapolis Colts, many felt as if Manning still deserved a few votes for MVP as it proved just how important he was to his team and...

Steelers 24, Giants 20

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- In a game billed as the battle of two first-round quarterbacks from the Class of 2004, the Steelers' Ben Roethlisberger outlasted the Giants' Eli Manning by copying Manning's fourth-quarter comeback act to steer Pittsburgh to a 24-20 win over New York at MetLife Stadium. The Giants (6-3) saw their four-game winning streak end, and Manning'...

The 5 Best NFL Draft Classes in the Past 25 Years

If you enjoy football—which we assume most of you do—yesterday marked a pretty cool day as the Steelers traveled to New York to take on the Giants. While the two team’s might not be your favorite, the quarterback matchup between Big Ben Roethlisberger and Eli Manning was something that should be celebrated. Why? Not because they put up a ton of yards or touchdowns—their stats...

19 NSFW ‘Giants Bros Bashing Eli’ F-Bomb Tweets

Eli has had a rough couple of games. In two weeks Eli combined to go 25-53 for 319 yards and two interceptions. Not exactly what you’d call elite. Giants bros are starting to lose patience in their two-time Super Bowl winning quarterback…take @Cheese_Nigga_ for example: “F*ck all you ***** ass salty ass Giants fans. Eli Manning looks like Charizard.”  We even had guys threatening...

CINCINNATI -- Peyton Manning came back from throwing a pair of interceptions in the third quarter to rally the Denver Broncos to a 31-23 victory against the Cincinnati Bengals Sunday afternoon at Paul Brown Stadium. Steelers halt Giants' four-game winning streak

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- In a game billed as the battle of two first-round quarterbacks from the Class of 2004, the Steelers' Ben Roethlisberger outlasted the Giants' Eli Manning by copying Manning's fourth-quarter comeback act to steer Pittsburgh to a 24-20 win over New York at MetLife Stadium on Sunday. What the Steelers Must Do to Beat the Giants

1. The Steelers must negate the Giants’ pass rush by establishing the run early. 2. The Steelers must use their wide receivers well against a less-than-stellar Giants’ secondary. 3. The Steelers must have at least a two-score lead going into the fourth quarter. Eli Manning is at his best in the fourth quarter with a QB rating of 103.5. 4. The Steelers must find someone to defend...

Steelers shock Giants 24-20

The Pittsburgh Steelers (5-3) beat the New York Giants (6-3) 24-20, tonight at MetLife Stadium from East Rutherford, NJ. An horrible shocking loss for the G-Men as they blew a 10 point lead in the 4th quarter. This was their worse loss of the season. Eli Manning and rest of the offensive staff didn't stand a chance against the Steelers defense who gave the Eli Manning a hard...

Things Get No Better In New York, As Steelers Outlasts Giants.

On a night where many in New York were still suffering from the after effects of Hurricane Sandy, there were a lucky few that attended a hard fought battle between the New York Giants and Pittsburgh Steelers. Fugue You

When I Stopped Caring In the first half of today's Steelers-Giants game, Pittsburgh QB Ben Roeth- lisberger went back to pass. Pressure came as he threw the ball, and it skittered to the ground in the backfield. The refs blew the call and didn't blow the whistle, so the Giants picked it up and ran it in for a touchdown. As we saw the replay that was even more clear then...
