PLAYERS: Ndamukong Suh
TEAMS: Detroit Lions

via sportsgrindent.com ESPN.com”s NFL Nation conducted an anonymous survey of more than 320 players.  One question was: “Who is the most feared player in the NFL?”  Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh brought home the title, receiving 19% of the vote.  Surprise, surprise. Often labeled the league’s “dirtiest player”, it should really be surprised that guys don’t want to play against Suh.  He’s destroyed quarterbacks,  running backs and offensive linemen’s arms.  The guy has even had a song written about running away from him. Suh took the achievement in stride, speaking with ESPN.com.  ”If it’s feared from the context of they don’t want to play against me and they are worried about how I may affect the game and affect the offense, it’s definitely appreciated.” I’ve never believed an athlete should “fear” an opponent.  My answer would have been nobody.  But for the sake of the poll, Suh is the logical fit. Whether you’re an opponent, a Comcast cable employee, a golf club or Ndamukong Suh himself, you stay clear of Ndamukong Suh.

ESPN Poll: Suh and Megatron the ‘most feared’ players in the NFL

ESPN recently ran a poll of 320 NFL players on who was the most feared in the league. The results revealed that Lions DT Ndamukong Suh topped the list with 61 votes (19 percent) while his teammate Calvin Johnson came in second with 58 total votes. Based off the skill set of both Suh and Johnson it’s certainly understandable as to why they’d be viewed as two of the most feared...

The Detroit Lions' much-anticipated interview with Ken Whisenhunt took place Thursday. Now what? Joique Bell didn't go to USC. He didn't win a Heisman Trophy. He didn't even date Kim Kardashian. In other words, Bell is not Reggie Bush.
