Ndukwe Foundation hosts wellness camp Saturday

The Ndukwe Foundation, which is run by Bengals safety Chinedum Ndukwe, will be holding its first Youth Wellness Camp presented by Mercy Health Partners on Saturday at the Mercy HealthPlex in Western Hills (3131 Queen City Avenue). Over 200 children from Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati will join Ndukwe and other Bengals. The focus of the event is to educate children on healthy living through physical activity and proper nutrition habits. It will feature a fitness camp, interactive health expo on nutrition and wellness with activities ranging from a cooking demonstration to a Tai Chi workshop.
