Ryan Grigson, the Colts young new GM, will bring a new look to the franchise that had been run by one or more Polians since 1998. A former NFL player – an offensive lineman yet – you’d think that would Grigson bring more of an in-the-trenches mentality to the job than the previous regime. But that might not be the case.
