There may not be another wide receiver in the NFL who shows support for his quarterback on the level that A.J. Brown does for Jalen Hurts.
Brown made that clear during his media availability Wednesday as Philadelphia Eagles training camp gets underway.
"I'm excited for him," said Brown, who sported a "Hurts SZN" hat when he showed up to camp this week. "He's working really hard. I'm gonna be right beside him, every step of the way."

Brown, who is reportedly close friends with Hurts off the field as well, defended the QB1 on Twitter during the offseason when he believed there were too many "false narratives" floating around about Hurts. Hurts was reportedly unaware that Brown had posted anything.
That practice stuff about Jalen is fake . Y’all tweet and believe anything. Like how can he get sacked on 7on7 and there aren’t any rushers. I believe water is above us . Believe that too and make a article about that too . This app is crazy

Hurts and Brown arrived at training camp extra early on their first day to start getting into their season routine. Brown went on to applaud how his teammate is preparing for the 2022 campaign.
"He's just like me," Brown said, via CBS Sports. "Preparing, studying. We're here real early before everyone else. That's just who he is. We went over the whole script a couple times just to make sure we're all on the same page.
"That's how he prepares. He's a professional."
The Eagles open up their preseason on Aug. 12 with a home game against the New York Jets.
