FOXBORO, Mass. — The New England Patriots came so close to having two straight days of perfect attendance at practice. Only rookie linebacker/special teamer Steve Beauharnais was absent from practice on Friday. The session was on the Gillette Stadium practice field in sweats and shells. It’s unclear why Beauharnais was missing in action, though there has been a bug going around the Patriots locker room. Beauharnais has played just one snap defensively this season. Rookie wide receiver Aaron Dobson appears to be moving around well on his injured foot. He was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday and Thursday. The Patriots are leaving for Denver after practice. Have a question for Doug Kyed? Send it to him via Twitter at @DougKyedNESN or send it here.Filed under: Doug Kyed, Headlines, New England Patriots

Peyton Manning-Tom Brady rivarly should be appreciated, not argued

McDaniels tries to stick another dagger in Denver

Rob Ninkovich still not entirely pleased with defensive effort against Broncos in first meeting

When the Broncos played the Patriots in the regular season, Denver running back Knowshon Moreno ran all over the New England defense; accumulating 224 yards.
