Dear Mr. Mara, I am just one of the many New York Giant fans that attend your stadium on a weekly basis and have worked effortlessly in order to be able to afford the PSL that I was subjected to after being a loyal fan since the beginning. However, I am at wit’s end with the current state of the organization and feel the need to express my growing concerns over the last few seasons. Tom Coughlin has become Bill Murray’s character in Ground Hog’s Day, and the fan base feels like there trapped in Punxsutawney. Year after year, the team provides false hope as they establish themselves as contenders. Manning and company jump off to a fast start and experts around the league are convinced that this team is playoff bound. Many fans were duped into buying the Giants as one of the NFL’s elite after they bested Brady and the Patriots in Foxborough. However, since history has a funny way of repeating, I remained skeptical and was yet to be convinced.
