There were some pretty classic moments between Osi Umenyiora and LeSean McCoy, including the wish of a Happy Mother's Day and the accusation of being a ballerina, but the feud between the New York Giants defensive end and Philadelphia Eagles running back came to an end on Sunday night following a 19-17 Iggles victory.

"[Umenyiora] said, 'Let's be done with it.' Being a bigger man, also for myself, you've got to focus on the Giants, they're a good team already. My goal is not an interdivision battle with Osi. It's with the Giants, and trying to get to the Super Bowl," in an interview with SportsRadio 94 WIP in Philadelphia.

This, of course, comes on the heels of an E:60 special in which McCoy acknowledged that this wasn't a staged feud, but that the hatred was very real. Alas, cooled heads have prevailed and each will now move forward and focus on more important things. At least for now.

"It was about time that ended and I'm glad all that stuff is over with," Umenyiora said.

This feud began last year when McCoy referred to Chief Osi as "soft" and the "third best" defensive end on the team, which was countered by Umenyiora and then teammate Keith Bulluck calling McCoy "Lady Gaga" and "Shady."

The rivalry will be renewed during week 17 of this year when the two teams meet again, and there's little doubt these two will against trade barbs.
