According to various media sources this afternoon, Nicks will miss 12 weeks at an optimistic estimate without any complications. That time table would see Nicks return around mid-August for the Giants. Nicks appeared i 15 games for the Giants last season, posting a career high 1,192 receiving yards but was somewhat overshadowed by the emergence of Victor Cruz.
