Heading into the Bye week the New York Jets have too many questions to answer and it doesn't seem like they are prepared to answer those questions.Starting at the quarterback position all the way to the punter, the Jets have more issues than most teams in the league. Will they make the changes that need to be made or will they continue to try and tell us the same old answers? When asked, Rex Ryan continues to answer, "Mark gives us the best chance to win."We have probably heard that way too many times and it isn't working. If Sanchez gives you the best chance to win, then why in the Houston and New England game didn't Ryan let him give New York the chance to win the game, but better yet take it out of his hands completely? Now I'm not saying that Sanchez would of brought the Jets down the field and win the game, but like Rex Ryan says, "chance to win." Well how can you say he gives you the best chance to win if you don't let him get the shot?I...

Changes might be coming for the New York Jets.
Mark Sanchez losing his starting job won't be among them.
Rex Ryan again stood by his quarterback Monday despite Sanchez's struggles in an ugly mistake-filled 30-9 loss to the Miami Dolphins on Sunday that left the Jets coach searching for answers and fans chanting for Tim Tebow to take over.

There has been a much publicized rift between the Buccaneers organization and former front office executive Doug Williams. While making an appearance on the Ron and Ian Show on 620 WDAE Thursday morning, Williams stuck to his words he once said about the Bucs initial draft day plan before drafting Josh Freeman. “When Josh came out, i was probably one of the two people in the...
There was a time not too long ago when having Mike Vick, Tony Romo or Mark Sanchez as your quarterback was considered living well in the NFL. Now it is like the sports version of marry, boff, kill.
If you had to choose one to build your franchise around, one to win a single game and death is not an option (neither is abstaining) whom do you go with?
Be careful with quick answers...
When the Bills made the decision to lockup QB Ryan Fitzpatrick to a seven-year, $62 million contract after only a 4-2 start to the 2011 season, it was met with some warranted concern. Since then, Fitzpatrick has lead them to a 5 – 12 record that was highlighted by a completed unacceptable interception that cost them a win over the Titans.
Bills GM Buddy Nix seemed to suggest...

While everyone is pointing the finger at Rex Ryan and Mark Sanchez, the Jets' problems begin with their ownership group and front office.
Home on Long Island, shacked up in the storm: No one can say there was zero chance that the Jets would rest in the position they are in heading into the Bye week. When evaluating the team before the season started, like most teams, there were a laundry list of problems that either didn't get addressed, or would have to be covered up by other areas exceeding expectations.To...
Thinks are NOT GOOD in Jets land.
The team is 3-5.
Eva Langoria and Mark Sanchez are KAPUT.
Tim Tebow still has his cherry.
Rex Ryan is still kind of FAT.
Antonio Cromartie still has 12.5 kids.
And Patriots fans wouldn’t have it any other way!

The New York Jets are taking their lumps these days, and opposing teams are more than willing to pile on after laying the smack down on Rex Ryan's boisterous bunch.
The latest player to come after the Jets is Dolphins running back Reggie Bush, whose team throttled the Jets in New Jersey on Sunday afternoon, cruising to an easy 30-9 victory at MetLife Stadium.
Bush and the Jets...
The Jets are 3-5 and already, some outlets like the NY Post have already begun to envision mounting losses and a head coach on the hot seat. We won’t go to that extreme yet. So much can change week to week in the NFL. Even for a team that was as putrid as Gang Green was last Sunday. What the Jets brass ought to do with this bye week is begin to better assess and accept what they’ve...
