In the National Football League the quarterback gets way too much blame and way too much credit. Last time I checked Matthew Stafford does not block, tackle, or catch passes. To the fans of those teams how about I outline a plan for your guy and team?   First let’s map things out for your rookie signal caller. In the first year he will throw more interceptions than touchdowns but show some promise. In the second year he will throw more touchdowns than interceptions and continue to make progress (throw for more yards, better completion percentage, etc.). In his third season all ...

According to a report, Tim Tebow had one request during his grooming outing prior to the ESPYs.  And it wasn't how he wanted his hair cut.

New York Jets: How To Get The Most Out Of Stephen Hill

It is impossible not to be excited about the potential of rookie wide receiver Stephen Hill. You don’t see an endless line of receivers who stand 6 foot 4, 215 pounds and still manage to run a 4.31 forty. The guy averaged over 29 yards per catch last season and is coming to an offense that couldn’t buy a 20 yard play last year. Yet, as the recent history of second round receivers shows...

No Huddle – Five Under The Radar New York Jets

Away from the primetime news and tabloids that will report daily on marquee names wearing the Green and White, are some Jets whose impact could truly be felt. Especially if they develop into next level players. Or in the case of our choice at number five, are desperately needed to. Josh Baker: Baker is a tough and versatile H back who could end up part of the Ground and Pound rotation...

Tebow to Demaryius Thomas wins ESPY Best Moment Award

Tim Tebow and Demaryius Thomas picked up the ESPY Best Moment Award for the 80-yard TD pass in their improbable overtime win against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the playoffs. Both players took to the stage, but for some reason only Tebow spoke. "To be honest, I probably would've voted for Bubba (Watson), but Bubba, you know I love you, but you did win my golf tournament...

Demaryius Thomas wishes Tebow stayed in Denver

Toward the latter part of last season, Tim Tebow helped Demaryius Thomas make a name for himself. Though Tebow is oft-criticized for his passing skills — or lackthereof — he’s able to uncork a pretty decent deep ball, and Thomas, a speedster, has an uncanny way of getting open downfield. During their improbable playoff run, the two connected on several big plays, most notably...

New York Jets: What Are Reasonable Expectations?

The general consensus from the mainstream media about the 2012 New York Jets isn’t positive. We have seen them ranked as low as 27th in Power Rankings by Evan Silva of Rotoworld, along with most commentators pegging them for 3rd or 4th in the AFC East behind Buffalo and in some cases behind Miami. This line of thinking isn’t that surprising when you step back and consider a...
