Just a few days after the New York media spinning Tom Brady’s comments at the New England Patriots pep rally Sunday afternoon, New York Giants safety Antrel Rolle said something a little bit more bold than “hoping” there are more people at New England’s party as he essentially guaranteed a victory for the Giants.
As the Super Bowl’s media day was held Tuesday afternoon at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, players from each team were drilled questions nonstop for an hour and it’s only expected that someone will say something questionable—and that’s exactly what Rolle did when he replied to a question regarding the team’s mentality:
“We are going to win this thing. We are going to win this thing for a lot of good reasons.”
