Found August 15, 2012 on USA Sports 360:

The Green Bay Packers will be taking on the Cleveland Browns in preseason game number 2 tomorrow night. Rodgers will be looking to improve the performance he had in his first appearance of the 2012 season. The Packers will be facing a relatively you Browns defense that is full of injuries. One key to the Packers coming out of this game much improved will be the Packers ability to put pressure in the Browns 28-year-old Cleveland Rookie quarterback Brandon Weeden.

The Packers didn’t have one of the top ranked defenses last season and they will be looking to improve that this year. If the Packers can apply enough pressure on Weeden they will force him to make mistakes. Weeden doesn’t look like a guy that can scramble out of trouble so far anyway. Aaron Rodgers will come out smoking this week I am sure. The Packers were out-played in week one and Rodgers probably isn’t going to have any of that this week. The Browns are planning at this point to test their number one guys for the entire first half. This will be a better test of the Green Bay defense.

The Packers on paper are a much better football team than the Cleveland Browns, the fans in Green Bay are looking for a blow out. Much will depend on how long Green Bay plays their starters. Last week we only saw Aaron Rodgers throw 8 passes completing just 2 of them. I look for those numbers to increase this week….

Tell us what you are looking for as the Packers take on the Browns, leave your comments below….

Weeden: My Mistakes are Fixable

The mistakes I made were so small that they’re easy fixes. I work on them every day after practice now. The one, the fumble, when I was trying to dump it down to Jordan [Cameron], regardless of if it was or fumble or if it wasn’t a fumble, I’ve got to get that ball out quicker just knowing where we were on the field, knowing how good Phil [Dawson] is. That’s three points...

Rumor Has It The Clevaland Browns Moved Practice Inside and Closed It To Public So They Couldn’t See Weeden

The Cleveland Browns moved their practice inside this morning for what they called inclement weather. The real motive for this move may have been not to expose Browns quarterback Brandon Weeden to the public eye. The fans in Cleveland are not as happy as they once were when they were thinking Weeden could help the Browns win. Now the real football fans, the people who really know...

Weeden anxious for another crack at the field

BEREA, Ohio Brandon Weeden is anxious to get back on the field after a less than stellar opening performance against the Lions. He was 3-of-9 for 62 yards and turned the ball over twice. His rating was a paltry 19. Its been a quick turnaround, but its been good, Weeden said. Im excited to get back out there and correct the mistakes from last week and just get back out and (play)...

The Browns Will Be On Their Way To Green Bay It’s Going To Take More than Positive Energy To Get Weeden A Win

The Cleveland Browns and their old starting rookie quarterback Brandon Weeden will be on their way to Green Bay to do battle with the Packers. This is the second meaning-less preseason game of the young season in the old rookie quarterbacks NFL career. Some fans think staying positive will be enough to get Weeden and his Browns on the right track. I say, it is going to take a lot...

Brandon Weeden Improves in Second Preseason Outing

Browns rookie quarterback Brandon Weeden had an improved performance Thursday in his second preseason game, going 12-of-20 for 118 yards.Fantasy Spin:Weeden is a fringe No. 2 QB at this point but his presence may make a Cleveland Browns receiver ownable for the first time since Braylon Edwards was with the team. Plus, he figures to keep defenses from playing eight men in the box...

Steelers Fan Kurt Takes NFL Tramp Stamping To Next Level

Smell the air. Tilt your head back, stick your nose in the air & sniff. Take a deep breath. It’s that beautiful smell of Week 2 of the NFL preseason. Tonight’s games: Cincinnati at Atlanta, 8 p.m.; Cleveland at Green Bay, 8 p.m. Bud Shaw, of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, is already trying to tell Browns’ fans that Brandon Weeden might not be their savior. Ouch. Remember...

McCarthy preaching ball security after loss

Relax, Please

The Packers fell to 0-2 with an ugly loss to Cleveland on Thursday night. To be sure, the Packers have some issues to work through in the next two weeks, but as Aaron Rodgers was quick to remind afterward, "It's preseason." The "feel" was much better than the score.

Franklin's challenge: Following up his Vandy debut

James Franklin and his Vanderbilt Commodores now face their biggest challenge yet: Following up on their first season together by winning in their second. Vanderbilt has not won at least six games in consecutive seasons since 1974 and 1975 when the Commodores won seven games in back-to-back years. The Commodores went 6-7 and played in only the program's fifth bowl ever in Franklin...

Cleveland Clobbers Punchless Packers

After an opening touchdown pass from Aaron Rodgers to Jordy Nelson, the Browns dominated 35-10. Graham Harrell was mostly miserable and the Packers were lit up by Brandon Weeden and Colt McCoy.

Fantasy Football Top 10 Quarterbacks

1.) Aaron Rodgers QB, Green Bay Packers: This is an easy pick, Aaron Rodgers is not only the best fantasy QB, he is also the best QB in the NFL. In 2011, Rodgers set a Green Bay Packers record for passing yards in a season (4,643) and passing touchdowns (45). What makes these numbers even more incredible is that he set them in 15 games. Heading into 2012, Rodgers has a chance to...
