The New Orleans Saints have ruled out tight end Jimmy Graham for when they play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. Battling an ankle injury, Graham will not even make the trip to Tampa Bay for the Saints’ Week 7 NFL game.
After missing some time two weeks ago when the Saints defeated the San Diego Chargers, Graham was able to return in the second half. He was used solely as a decoy and had no targets in the third or fourth quarter.
Apparently, the bye week last week was not enough time for Graham to heal and return to the field. The team will hope to have him back in Week 8 when they face the Denver Broncos.
