NFL Fines Eagles DE Jason Babin, CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie

Both Jason Babin and Dominique Rodgers-Cromarite were fined by NFL for incidents in last week's 27-6 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

Babin was fined $15,750 for unnecessary roughness, which the league found to be a horse collar tackle despite not being penalized during the game. This is Babin's second fine in three weeks.

Rodgers-Cromartie was fined $7,875 for unnecessary roughness, which the league determined to be unnecessarily striking an opponent late. Rodgers-Cromartie was penalized on the play.
