Colin Kaepernick: Week 1′s Gem

To say the San Francisco 49ers lived up to the hype Week 1 versus the fellow NFC powerhouse Green Bay Packers may be a bit of an understatement. With their defense playing at mid-season form and their signal caller, Colin Kaepernick, looking like a 10-year veteran, San Francisco may have turned a few more heads in the home opener. From the very beginning Mike McCarthy’s Packers...

San Francisco 49ers: Week 2 at Seattle

Sunday night football features the most anticipated quarterback matchup so far and no I’m not talking about the Manning bowl. It’s Kaepernick and Wilson. Both teams are coming of victories but they achieved them in different...

The NFL fined Packers linebacker Clay Matthews Jr. for tackling 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick out of bounds last week. I reporter asked 49ers offensive lineman Alex Boone how much he would fine Matthews. “Probably punch him in the face,” Boone said, via CSNBayArea.com. “I don’t want his money.”   I’m sure everyone on the 49ers feels the same way Boone does.   Need...

Richard Sherman has no problem with Colin Kaepernick’s bicep kiss celebration

Given that Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman is a known provocateur on the football field — as well as off it — perhaps it should not be surprising that he said he has no problem with San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kapernick’s patented touchdown celebration of kissing his bicep. Heading into a huge showdown with […]The post Richard Sherman has no problem...

The early lead was cause for celebration for the Aggies, and Johnny Manziel paid homage to the San Francisco 49ers quarterback with a quick kiss...

Packers D-line needs to dial up the pressure

The moment everyone heard that free safety Morgan Burnett was a scratch for the Packers-49ers game, most people panicked. The secondary did look awful. But that’s not the reason the Packers lost.
