The 2012 was a good year for quarterbacks in the NFL. 11 threw for over 4,000 yards.  Three rookie quarterbacks led their prospective teams to the playoffs.  One of those players is on this list. Of the quarterbacks on the rise in 2013, three were starters in 2012 and two where backups; all of them have a chance to have a big season in 2013.Some rookie quarterbacks might get the chance to start in 2013 and they might just succeed like the ones in the 2012 class.  But, since they have not been picked yet, they aren’t on this list.
