Found March 13, 2013 on Waiting For Next Year:
Per his twitter account, former Steelers CB Keenan Lewis will be taking a visit to the New Orleans Saints- “Taking a drive down Airline Dr. To visit with the New Orleans Saints!!!” Lewis is the cornerback that many Browns fans were hoping to see Cleveland land in free agency. There were rumors and projections linking him to the Browns as well. Obviously nothing has been signed as of yet, but hearing him take a visit to New Orleans isn’t exactly good news for those that would like to see him in orange and brown. Lewis was the Steelers’ best cover corner last season, and led the NFL with 16 passes defensed. Signing him would weaken the Steelers while improving the Browns. There are several good CB free agents available however, and seeing Lewis leave the AFC North for New Orleans wouldn’t be terrible. In the meantime, the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport tweets that former San Diego CB Antoine Cason will be visiting Ray Horton’s old team the Arizona Cardinals. [Related: Banner Report Defensive Backs]
