The Falcons take over the top spot in this week's NFL Power Rankings with the Giants a very close second. The Jets were big movers, jumping seven spots, while the Steelers and Patriots each fell seven rungs and the Packers and Panthers dropped eight spots each.

The Falcons continue to look strong and the addition of Tony Gonzalez is already paying big dividends... The Giants went into Dallas and their new billion dollar stadium and came out looking like a serious contender... The Colts are looking better than some of us expected... The Cardinals came back strong and have us remembering the NFC Champions again... A huge win for the Jets catapults them into the Top Tier for the first...
