  Marshawn Lynch and the Seattle Seahawks Beast Moded their way to the top of the isportsweb NFL power rankings in week 7. Can they hold onto it after week 8?   First off, I’d like to  apologize for not getting the week 7 NFL Power Rankings up in a timely manner last week. I had some personal things pop up that prevented me from doing so. To make up for it, I will be posting last weeks rankings (I had them completed, just not posted) and this week’s rankings concurrently today (See the Week 8 rankings here). The biggest thing you’ll notice from week 6 to week 7 is that the Seattle Seahawks took over the #1 spot after their win over Arizona, combined with Denver’s loss to the Colts. The Chiefs, who remained undefeated at 7-0 prior to their week 8 game maintained their hold on the #2 spot. The top 10 spots were fairly easy to position, especially Indianapolis. They jumped to #3 not only for being the first team to down the Broncos, but also based on the fact that they are the only team to beat Seattle as well. An argument could be made that they should be #1, but I have a hard time putting a 2 loss team ahead of a one-loss team and a no-loss team. Especially since the Colts’ two losses were to Miami, who seem to be getting worse, and a dreadful showing in San Diego. But, seeing as how these have been delayed long enough, we’ll get started. Please also note that there won’t be any additional commentary as usual for each team since it wouldn’t be timely at this point. Week 7 rankings: 1. Seattle Seahawks (Previous week: 3) 2.
