Andrew Luck knows how to take care of his friends. Just ask his best friend, Griff Whalen.

Luck targeted Whalen nine times and he caught eight of them for 66 yards. 

Luck and Whalen lived together at Stanford and I guess if you are trying to make an NFL roster as a wide receiver it helps when your quarterback is your best friend.

The Colts averaged only 2.0 yards per rush last night in gaining 53 yards.

The Redskins were 4-4 in the red zone.

Rex Grossman was 8-8 for 127 yards, two TDs, and no INTs.

The Colts' longest run of the night was just nine yards.

All of the Redskins’ defensive groups dominated the Colts' pass protection schemes as the Redskins recorded four sacks, three quarterback pressures, and 17 quarterback hits. It was a long night for Andrew Luck and Chandler Harnish.

Pittsburgh and Buffalo were a combined 9-29 on 3rd down conversion attempts.

Antonio Brown was targeted nine times and caught seven for 108 yards and two touchdowns.

Steve Johnson was also targeted nine times but only caught three for 36 yards.

Buffalo targeted 16 different receivers on the night and 13 of them caught at least one pass.

Nick Barnett had eight solo tackles for the Bills and 10 tackles total.

Pittsburgh got to the Buffalo quarterbacks a lot and recorded two sacks, nine hurries and 11 quarterback hits.

The Bills and Steelers combined for 17 punts in the game.

The Steelers averaged only 4.06 yards per drive.

The Raiders averaged 7.1 yards per play and 5.0 yards per rush.

The Lions and Raiders combined for 16 total penalties.

Terelle Pryor was 3-5 with two TDs and averaged 27.4 yards per completion.

The Lions' longest run was eight yards.

Raiders tight end Brandon Myers was targeted eight times for five receptions and 41 yards.

The Rams averaged 5.1 yards per rush.

The Rams only put together three drives of more than six plays.

The Texans were just one 1-9 on 3rd down conversion attempts.

The Saints averaged 4.9 yards per rush.

Both team’s quarterbacks were on the money going 50 for 73 for 487 yards and four TDs and no interceptions.

Houston fumbled five times and lost three of them.
