Pregame Fox, which usually wins the ratings battle at Noon ET anyway, had the much-anticipated Richie Incognito interview in the second half of their show. Fox NFL Sunday drew a 3.6 overnight, which topped (but didn't hurt) CBS' The NFL Today, which drew a fairly typical 2.6. Fox's rating was the best for their pregame show since Week 5. According to the network, it was up 16 percent from the corresponding show from 2012. Fox (Regional Window) Fox had a solid day in the regional window, featuring big market teams including the Eagles, Packers, Seahawks, Lions, Bears and 49ers. It drew a 12.3 overnight rating, up 17 percent from CBS's regional window in 2012. That window featured the Jets, Patriots, Broncos and Ravens, but only drew a 10.5 Market Game Rating 1. Milwaukee Philadelphia vs. Green Bay 37.7/65 2. Seattle Seattle vs. Atlanta 34.3/67 3. Chicago Detroit vs. Chicago 30.1/62 4. Indianapolis St. Louis vs. Indianapolis 29.5/53 5. Detroit Detroit vs. Chicago 28.9/56 6. Philadelphia Philadelphia vs. Green Bay 26.5/49 7. Charlotte Carolina vs. San Francisco 25.1/44 8. Sacramento Carolina vs. San Francsico 19.9/42 9. Bay Area Carolina vs. San Francisco 19.7/49 10. St. Louis St. Louis vs. Indianapolis 18.8/40 CBS (Early Window) CBS's early window featured very activated middle markets (Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Cincinnati) and also a big-market matchup as a backup game, with Oakland taking on the Giants. CBS drew a 9.8 overnight for the window, up 16 percent from Fox's similar window in 2012. That window also featured the Giants and Cincinnati, but the Ravens-Bengals overtime thriller likely helped CBS over the top. Also, in spite of both teams being down the standings, Bills-Steelers was watched by plenty of people in both markets. Market Game Rating 1. Buffalo Buffalo vs. Pittsburgh 36.0/63 2. Pittsburgh Buffalo vs. Pittsburgh 33.7/58 3. Cincinnati Cincinnati vs. Baltimore 30.4/54 4. Baltimore Cincinnati vs. Baltimore 29.8/57 5. Nashville Jacksonville vs. Tennessee 23.3/44 6. Dayton Cincinnati vs. Baltimore 22.1/40 7. Jacksonville Jacksonville vs. Tennessee 17.0/34 8. New Orleans Cincinnati vs. Baltimore 16.9/30 9. New York Oakland vs. NY Giants 16.5/35 10. Cleveland Buffalo vs. Pittsburgh 16.3/34 CBS ("America's Game of the Week" Window)  Even with Peyton Manning, sometimes you just can't top the NFC East. Another dramaless Broncos victory (well, sort of, considering Peyton Manning's leg) drew a 14.8 overnight, down eight percent from last year's Cowboys-Eagles window. CBS also featured a Houston-Arizona game at 4:25 p.m. ET. Market Game Rating 1. Denver Denver vs. San Diego 43.0/75 2. Houston Houston vs. Arizona 26.9/51 3. San Diego Denver vs. San Diego 26.5/53 4. Kansas City Denver vs. San Diego 25.6/43 5. Phoenix Houston vs. Arizona 24.0/47 6. Albuquerque Denver vs. San Diego 20.4/36 7. Dayton Denver vs. San Diego 19.0/31 8. Buffalo Denver vs. San Diego 18.8/31 9. Nashville Denver vs. San Diego 18.6/30 10. Indianapolis Denver vs. San Diego 18.3/30 NBC (Sunday Night Football) In theory, Cowboys-Saints should be an unbeatalbe matchup for NBC. Between New Orleans drawing 73 percent of all televisions in the market, and the Cowboys being "America's Team," this one should carry quite well. It was surprising, then, to see the Saints blowout of the Cowboys end up down from the SNF game in Week 10 of 2012, which featured a low-scoring game between the Texans and Bears. NBC drew a solid 13.0 overnight, however.  Market Rating 1. New Orleans 56.2/73 2. Dallas 30.3/47 3. San Antonio 22.6/34 4. Austin 21.5/35 5. Albuquerque 20.1/30 6. Memphis 18.4/25 7. Charlotte 17.0/28 8. Las Vegas 16.6/26 9. Norfolk 16.4/24 10. San Diego 16.3/28
