According to several reports, including Patrick McManamon and Tony Grossi, the Browns have cut QB Seneca Wallace.
The move all but assures Colt McCoy of the back-up QB job and that he won’t be traded. Thaddeus Lewis will likely make the 53 man roster as the third string QB.
After the game last night, Wallace hinted that there was a possibility that ‘something would have to happen’ in order for him to be on the roster, whether that was a contract renegotiation or a trade.
Wallace spent the last two seasons with the Browns, starting 7 games. He threw six touchdowns and four interceptions during that span.
