Could the Pittsburgh Steelers have QB Ben Roethlisberger back in the lineup this week against the San Diego Chargers? It seems as if that possibility is getting closer to a reality. In his weekly press conference, head coach Mike Tomlin stated that Roethlisberger is the Steelers starting quarterback and if he’s healthy he’ll start. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazzette cites a team source as saying that Roethlisberger will start against the Chargers this week. Roethlisberger has been inactive for the Steelers last three games after suffering what was described as a “Unique” shoulder and chest injury. Roethlisberger has resumed throwing and will practice on Wednesday in order to determine to see if he is capable of making all the necessary throws. Charlie Batch will start if Roethlisberger is unable to go. Tomlin told reporters, “Charlie is our guy and build our plan around him and see what Ben will prove to us this week.”Byron Leftwich is not expected to suit up on Sunday against the Charger...
