NFL Rumors: Greg Jennings Nowhere Near Returning To Green Bay Packers?

While it was once believed that Green Bay Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings may be able to return from his nagging groin injury as soon as Week 8 of the 2012 NFL season, that now does not appear to be the case. In fact, Jennings may be nowhere near making a healthy return to the field any time soon for the Packers. According to ESPN Milwaukee, Jennings is considering seeing a groin specialist [insert joke here] for another opinion. Since being hampered in the first game of the season and perhaps even before that, Jennings has been in and out of the lineup as well as on and off the practice field. Green Bay is starting to come around as of late, but the offense clearly becomes more dangerous and explosive the minute that Jennings is able to return. Unfortunately for Green Bay, that time does not appear to be this week. Or the next.
