This Given Sunday is examining the biggest injury questions before each week of the NFL season. Here are the top-five health-related storylines entering Week 12. Danny Amendola The inconsistent but dangerous Amendola has 18 catches in the last two games, which is all the more impressive considering he played through a foot injury during the second half of Sunday's game against the Jets. Problem is he was in a walking boot to start the week and missed Wednesday's practice, and the Rams don't kick off until 4:25 p.m. ET in Arizona. With Amendola likely to be a game-time decision, his fantasy owners will need a backup plan in place entering Week 12. Percy Harvin One of the league's top receivers in terms of receptions per game sat out before Minnesota's bye week due to an ankle injury, and he was yet to practice as the Vikings got back to work to start the home stretch. Even against a solid Chicago defense in Week 12, if Harvin is activated before the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, he's a must-start in fantasy leagues. I would imagine, though, that he'll sit out at least one more game, so have someone ready on the bench. Antonio Brown He'd be a great play against Cleveland in Week 12 if he were completely healthy and the offense was in good shape, but with Brown still being limited in practice by an ankle injury and Ben Roethlisberger likely to miss at least one more week, you might have to stay away from Brown Sunday. If you have no other choice, you'll at least know his status before the majority of your other fantasy options go to work Sunday afternoon. Darren McFadden McFadden has yet to return to practice after missing the last two weeks due to an ankle injury. There's hope among the coaching staff that the talented but oft-injured back will return against Cincinnati's subpar run defense, but I wouldn't count on it. You'll know his status before an early Sunday kickoff, but have another option available as your second running back.  Michael Vick & LeSean McCoy Both concussed Eagles offensive stars are unlikely to play Monday night against Carolina, as neither was cleared as of midweek. Considering that we won't get official word on their statuses until it's too late, you'd be crazy to start either in your fantasy league in Week 12.
