NFL Week 6 injury update

As we head toward Week 6, there is both good news and bad news in the world of NFL injuries. The following slideshow is an update on this week's injuries as of Wednesday evening.

 
Odell Beckham Jr., WR, New York Giants

Beckham was diagnosed with a broken ankle after getting rolled up on late in Sunday's game. He's been ruled out for the season, as things go from bad to worse for the 0-5 Giants.

Bradford gave it a go in the first half of Monday night's game after missing time with a bone bruise in his knee, but it didn't go well. Backup Case Keenum will likely start this week against the Packers.

Clay underwent arthroscopic surgery for a torn meniscus and sprained MCL in his knee. The Bills expect him to miss multiple weeks.

Conley was carted off the field late in Sunday's game with a torn Achilles' and is out for the season. The Chiefs will turn to Demarcus Robinson to replace him.

Eifert hasn't played since Week 2 due to a back injury, and ESPN's Adam Schefter reports he could undergo season-ending back surgery. It would be his third back surgery since 2014.

Gronk was held out of Thursday's game with a thigh injury and didn't practice on Wednesday. However, he's expected to play this week against the Jets.

Kelce suffered a concussion shortly before halftime of Sunday night's game and didn't practice on Wednesday. He's in the concussion protocol and questions for the Chiefs game against Pittsburgh.

Jay Gruden said Kelley is a long shot to play on Sunday against the 49ers due to an ankle injury. Samaje Perine and Chris Thompson would fill-in for him.
