After serving an indefinite suspension for his role in Bountygate, Gregg Williams is about to return to NFL coaching circuit according to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports. Williams reportedly has a job waiting for him in Tennessee. All that’s left is for him to be reinstated to the league. And according La Canfora, that reinstatement could come as early as this week. The NFL is expected to announce the reinstatement of Gregg Williams, suspended after his role in the Saints’s “bounty” scandal, this week. The NFL has yet to announce his reinstatement, but everything is in motion for that to be formalized in the very near future, sources said. The NFL declined to comment on whether Williams already had his formal reinstatement meeting with commissioner Roger Goodell, other than to say that they have nothing to announce at this point.
