The Green Bay Packers 1st round pick from USC, linebacker Nick Perry has been placed on injured reserved with a wrist injury.
Tough break for the kid, who started in 5 games and had two sacks, then went out with a knee injury. He knee is on the mend, but the wrist? Not so much.
The move was expected after Perry had surgery on his left wirst Tuesday, it was just a waiting game for doctors to assess the situation before the team decided to shut him down.
Perry initalliy hurt the wrist in their first game against the 49ers on Sept. 9th. Andrew Quarless was activated from the reserve/pup list to fill his roster spot.
