Yesterday it was reported that New York Giants wide
receivers Hakeem Nicks and Ramses Barden were questionable for the team’s Week
5 matchup against the Cleveland Browns. While Barden is still questionable as
he deals with concussion symptoms, the Giants have ruled Nicks out for Sunday,
reports Greg Rosenthal of NFL.com.
Nicks continues to be slowed by a knee injury...
Hakeem Nicks (knee/foot) will miss a second straight game this weekend, opening the door for Domenik Hixon in all formats. If you’re a Nicks owner, stop reading this, pick up Hixon, and come back.
Go get him.
OK, now that that’s taken care of, here are some pro Hixon numbers for you. He was constantly targeted last week against a pretty decent secondary in Philly. He caught 6...
New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks won't be available for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns because of injuries. Nicks will miss his third consecutive game, coach Tom Coughlin said Thursday, while he recovers from the effects of foot surgery that has left him sore and forced him out of most of training camp and the preaseson. Sunday's game against Cleveland because of recurring foot and knee
The New York Giants are easily the most banged-up squad in
the National Football League entering Week 5. The team has seven players listed
on the injury report as out or doubtful, including key contributors Hakeem
Nicks, Ramses Barden, Kenny Phillips and David Diehl.
Nicks will miss another week of action due to his leg injury, and fellow wide receiver Ramses Barden...
Earlier in the week we talked about the likelihood of Hakeem Nicks suiting up for the Giants. Now his replacement, Ramses Barden, might be doubtful too with a concussion.
“He complained of a headache and asked if he could be evaluated,” Coughlin said, via the team. “They sent him for the evaluation yesterday. I think a lot of the symptoms were okay, but there was enough there...
The NFL injuries are mounting as we make our way into the second quarter of the 2012 NFL season, and seeing such marquee names including Greg Jennings, Hakeem Nicks and Jake Locker all ruled out on the NFL Week 5 Injury Report is a telling sign that nobody is safe from missing time in 2012.
The Green Bay Packers ruled Jennings out for Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts...
New York Giants rookie wide receiver Rueben Randle has come under some criticism after last week's game. Some, including fellow wide receiver Victor Cruz, have questioned his work ethic and maturity level. But after injuries suffered by starter Hakeem Nicks (knee) and Ramses Barden (concussion), Randle may get his chance this Sunday against the Browns to prove his head is in...
