Jocks and Stiletto Jill:
Tuesday in New York, Nike and the NFL debuted new uniforms for all 32 of the teams. From an aesthetic stand point, the Nike Elite 51 uniforms aren’t much different in the design save, the Seattle Seahawks. The major difference is in the performance. Nike is a brand that spends an inordinate amount of time [...]

According to Tony Pauline of DraftInsider.net, the Seattle Seahawks would love to trade 12th overall pick in this year’s draft, so they can move down and take Alabama linebacker Donta Hightower.
If the Seahawks can’t move down, they’ll likely take Alabama safety Mark Barron and then move safety Kam Chancellor to outside linebacker.
Chancellor has the frame to move to linebacker...
Whenever I need the skinny on the Seahawks I go to Chris Sullivan. Pure and simple, he is THE guy for Seahawks knowledge. Put less simply, he's more aware of the inner workings of that organization than Gregg Williams is aware of how to get away with an illegal and morally corrupt motivation scheme. Make sure you check him out on twitter, he's a valuable resource. So naturally...
Today was the release of Nike's new line of NFL uniforms and to be honest, most of them looked the same from their previous Reebok incarnations.
However, the Seattle Seahawks got a new look for their new uniforms and I'm not sure whether I approve of them or want to throw them in the garbage:

On Tuesday April 3rd the Seattle Seahawks unveiled their new Nike uniforms to the public. The new uniforms focus on the colors dark blue, gray, and neon green. This is a stark contrast to their 2011 uniforms consisting of metallic blue, white, and neon green. Insert sarcastic remark here.
For some reason, fans are always opposed to new uniforms. I remember hearing for a good year...
Here are the images of the Seattle Seahawks new helmet for the 2012 NFL season today. Unveiled in NYC by Nike and the NFL.
Check this video out Seahawks fans. Very cool new Nike video of Marshawn Lynch working out and modelling the new Nike football gear.
We all know Marshawn Lynch is a star on the football field, but he’s taken on a new venture over the offseason: acting. Lynch has been cast in the upcoming feature film “Matt’s Chance”, written and directed by Nicholas Gyeney of Mirror Images, Ltd.
Lynch isn’t the only famous name you’ll hear from the 90 minute film, though. “Matt’s Chance” also features actors...
Earlier today, the NFL and Nike unveiled the new uniform designs for all 32 teams in the league, and for the most part the changes involved were relatively minor tweaks. Minor, that is, unless you're the Seattle Seahawks. As you can see in the two slideshows on Seahawks.com -- one for the uniform and one for the helmet -- there's a whole lot of new stuff to take in here...
The New Orleans Saints and unrestricted free agent linebacker David Hawthorne agreed to terms on a five-year contract on Tuesday.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Hawthorne spent the last four seasons with the Seattle Seahawks, collecting 336 tackles, six sacks and seven interceptions.
He started 14 games last season and led the club with 115 tackles. Hawthorne also had three...
