According to recent media reports, veteran cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha may be on the verge of signing with either the San Francisco 49ers or the New Orleans Saints. It's been a rough two years for Asomugha. He was the main piece acquired to assemble the now infamous "Dream Team", a team that will instead go down as more of a nightmare for the city of Philadelphia. While Nnamdi had his fair share of bad coverage moments, I believe his performance in Philly was a product of mediocre defensive pressure from the line and horrendous safety help over the top.The scary, and kind of surprising thing, is how cheap Asomugha will probably be signed for.His production over the last two seasons doesn't exactly warrant him demanding a huge contract, which is why it's surprising that more teams aren't trying to pounce on the opportunity to sign him. But alas, it appears to have boiled down to the 49ers or the Saints, so let's take a look at the odds.New Orleans SaintsOn ...
