Free agent DB Charles Woodson left Denver without a deal after visiting with the team Wednesday, reports the Denver Post.
Despite leaving without a deal, the Broncos still look like the favorites to land him. He also has drawn interest from the Carolina Panthers and Oakland Raiders.
The big sticking point for Woodson that should inevitably bring him back to Denver is his wish to play for a contender, and the Broncos should be able to work out a deal as they have currently about $7 million in cap space.
Chris Wesseling of NFL.com writes: 'Denver's decision-makers believe Woodson would give the Broncos' secondary a much-needed ballhawk, The Post's Mike Klis said.
