Notebook leftovers

Here are a few additional items that didn't make the notebook in Tuesday's edition of The Sun due to space constraints: *After averaging 12.7 touches and 77 combined yards and rushing for five touchdowns in the first three games, running back Willis McGahee is averaging 4.3 touches and 4.3 yards in the last four, and he has only scored once -- via a pass from quarterback Joe Flacco. But Harbaugh insisted that McGahee is still a vital part of the offense. "I’m sure Willis – like any great player – wants to be out there playing because he’s a talented guy and he can help us," Harbaugh said. "But he’s also the kind of guy who understands that if I just keep doing what I’m doing in this offense, I’m going to get my shot and be a big part of what we’re doing.
