There has been no word from Kelly’s camp as to what his plans are moving forward. CBSChicago is reporting a source as telling the news outlet there are two reasons for the silence. First, Kelly is “seriously debating” jumping to the NFL coaching ranks and second, he has not received a firm offer from any team as of yet. The higherups at Notre Dame have to be fuming over Kelly’s actions. The regular season is over but the recruiting season is in full swing.
