Earlier today, the United States Supreme Court dealt with the question of whether California’s ban on same-sex marriage violates the Constitution. In the lead up to it, NFL players, like free agent Scott Fujita, have not only been campaigning for equal-marriage rights, but for a safe atmosphere for gay players to feel comfortable with being in with everyone knowing their sexual preference. The NY Post relayed a story that CBS Sports’ Mike Freeman that ran yesterday, reporting that a gay player is possibly planning on coming out sometime in the very near future.
