According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, it’s not believed that  Oakland Raiders wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey suffered a concussion during Sunday’s win over the Steelers.  The belief at this point is that he has a neck injury. Heyward-Bey stayed overnight at the hospital for further testing.
