MVN:
John Clayton reports that the Oakland Raiders have traded their second-round draft pick to the Atlanta Falcons for cornerback DeAngelo Hall. The report also said that the Raiders were close to working out an extension with Hall. This move is puzzling as cornerback was not a need for the Raiders, even though Hall is an upgrade over Stanford Routt and Fabian Washington. The concern here is that if Hall gets the long-term deal, does that mean the Raiders are going to let Nnamdi Asomugha walk after this season?
