The numbers tell a story. Of course, that story has to be put in the context of all the other dynamics and variables in an NFL game. This chart displays the numbers and the pattern for only two games. If the pattern is not favorable, then some soul-searching needs to be done so that there will be a marked improvement of the numbers. A chart is displayed for each of the quarterbacks for the Oakland Raiders, and the Denver Broncos, respectively. An additional chart is shown below. It gives the pattern for the opponents' quarterback. The categories are labeled in one chart. The same order is displayed in the opponent's chart. The scaling on the vertical axis is slightly different. What do you see? What patterns are there? I know it is early in the season. If, however, you do see a pattern and it is not a good one, then for goodness sake, let's hope for a transformed pattern where the good is optimized, and the bad is minimized. What do you conjecture will help change things...
