Oakland Raiders
It’s been tough for Oakland Raiders’ fans in the past when they played fantasy football. Any fan wants to have players from their own team, but for Raiders’ fans there hasn’t been many solid and consistent fantasy threats on the team. Last year there were a lot of Raiders that had big games on occasion, [...]

Oakland Raiders 2012 Training Camp Competition: Guards
The Oakland Raiders offensive line will play a huge role is the success of the Raiders in 2012. Last season the team finished seventh in the NFL in rushing at 131.9 yards per game and that was without a healthy Darren McFadden for the majority of the season. As they enter training camp on July 30th, the guard position has two starters set and a few players battling to make...
Oakland Raiders 2012 Training Camp Competition: Fullbacks
When the Oakland Raiders begin training camp on July 30th, there will be, at most, two spots open for fullbacks. When Marcel Reece signed his tender to stay with the team for at least this season, he assured himself a roster spot. That will leave possibly one more spot available for a fullback when the Raiders begin the regular season.
For the last two seasons, Reece has...
Raiders Hope Rookie DE Jack Crawford Takes NFL By Storm
Oakland Raiders rookie defensive end Jack Crawford didn’t appear to stand out during minicamp or OTAs last month.
The fifth-round pick (158th overall) is considered a project player with limited experience in the eyes of many, having started football as a junior in high school after moving from the U.K. to the U.S.
Crawford looks to contribute from the get-go though in his first...

Oakland Raiders 2012 Training Camp Competition: Centers
Although he has been battling a shoulder injury that has kept him out of action during the entire offseason, Oakland Raiders center Stefen Wisniewski should be ready for training camp and preseason action. He will be shifting from guard, where he played last season, to center for the Raiders in 2012. When the Raiders begin training camp on July 30th, a few players will be...
Oakland Raiders Reportedly Will Sign Cedric Benson
The Oakland Raiders know the importance of having a productive No. 2 running back on its roster. Especially when your No. 1 running back – while extremely talented – has a history of suffering from season ending injuries that limit the team on offense.
That is currently the case in Oakland with Darren McFadden. When he is on the field, McFadden is one of the more explosive running...
Oakland Raiders 2012 Training Camp Competition: Running Backs

The Raiders have one of the most exciting and explosive running backs in the NFL in Darren McFadden, but his inability to stay healthy in past seasons could create...
Fantasy Value of the Oakland Raiders
The Fantasy Value of the Oakland Raiders Value and the Raiders are two things that don’t usually go together..well that’s unless you’re talking about extra value meals and JaMarcus Russell. The franchise has always drafted speed and workout-warriors. The 2012 draft was a bit different for them, as the late Al Daviss passing lead to some valuable picks by the new regime...
Oakland Raiders Expect Much From Rookie DE Jack Crawford
The consensus on Oakland Raiders fifth-round defensive end Jack Crawford has been that he's a project. Although he's physically impressive at 6-foot-5 and 274 pounds, with 33 1/2-inch arms and 10 1/4-inch hands, Crawford was late to the game, he did not begin playing football until he was a junior in high school, he only moved to the United States from London in high school...

You could point to poor performers or...

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Oakland Raiders are still interested in free agent running back Cedric Benson.
“They’re still interested in signing Cedric Benson. Cedric Benson is still on the Raiders’ radar,” said Schefter, per Evan Silva.
Not sure what the Raiders are waiting for. They just might be unwilling to pay Benson whatever he’s asking for.
