ARLINGTON – Igor Olshansky seemingly isn’t allowing the loss of his starting job at right defensive end to sink him into a funk. A starter since signing with the Cowboys as a free agent in 2009, Olshansky is now playing behind Kenyon Coleman at left end. Marcus Spears is the starter at right end. “To me it doesn’t matter who’s starting and who’s not starting,” Olshansky said. “I’m here to help the team and become a better football player…Kenyon does a great job, so I’m looking forward to learning a lot from him.” If second-year player Sean Lissemore continues to develop, the Cowboys could eventually cut Olshansky, whose 2011 base salary is $3.5 million. “If it happens, it happens,” Olshansky said. “I’m going to go out there and do my best.
