Bruce Arians is in a thankful mood in 2012, a year that was supposed to be his first in retirement. After being let go the Pittsburgh Steelers, Arians figured he would just fade off the NFL landscape. Just when he was going to by a walker, the Indianapolis Colts called. Arians made his feelings known in his Wednesday press conference when he stated: “Thank you Pittsburgh.” Thank you indeed, the unfortunate heath issues of Chuck Pagano has given Arians the opportunity to showcase his head coaching skills, and he’s flourished under trying circumstances. A leader is someone who rises above the adversity and perseveres; Arian has led the surprising Colts to a 6-4 record. So, Arian does have a lot to be thankful for, but so do Colts fans because of him.
