It didn't take too long for the Texans to have seen enough of RB Mike Bell - as today the team waived him.  He was signed just about a week ago, and for the Texans, a team with needs at the RB spot, to cut him, it shows that he may be at the end of the road already in his NFL career.  He carried the ball 157 times for 677 yards as a rookie in 2006 with Denver, but fell out of favor last season, and then the Broncos let him go. Rumor has it Bell came to the Texans out of shape, and his conditioning was an issue, as after the first practice coach Gary Kubiak said: "He looked a lot faster than everyone else to begin with but then he got tired."  Not a good sign for a player trying to make an impact and make a team.
