Earlier this week we took a look at John Abraham in our first installment of over/under. Now it's time to turn our attention to Michael Turner. The Falcons have talked openly about limiting the carries of Turner this season. In his four seasons with the Falcons, Turner has eclipsed 1,300 yards every year except the year that he only played in eleven games. Will Michael Turner go over or under 1,000 yards rushing in 2012? Turner ran for 1,340 yards and 11 TDs in 2012 Joe: Over 1,000 yards: While I think Turner's number of plays from scrimmage while be noticeably reduced under Dirk Koetter's scheme he will still be integral part of the offense. Furthermore, in a 16 game schedule an 80 yards per game average, which Turner can still easily do, results in a 1,200 yard season. Zach: Michael Turner will have less than 1,000 yards. Age is starting to take it's toll on Turner, and you could tell at the end of the season. Mike Smith has already said that Turner will be on a "pitch count" of sorts and the Falcons are expecting larger things out of second year back JacQuizz Rodgers. In the end I think Turner, even though he will be less worn, will end up with 950 yards. Kevin: ProFootballFocus.com put out an interesting tweet today that said Turner led the NFL last year with 62 forced missed tackles and that it was ten more than anybody else. That's impressive and I think it speaks to Turner maybe not taking that big of a step back this season. I do think Turner will have a slightly reduced role but I still think he will be a key in the Falcons offense and I see him getting just about the 1,000 yard threshold. [follow]

Dirty Bird Secret: the greatest season nobody remembers
