Green Bay Packers
GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Following the Packers' division-clinching win Sunday over the Chicago Bears, coach Mike McCarthy was only aware of one new injury for his team: A hamstring issue for tight end Tom Crabtree. But after Wednesday's practice, there was a whole slew of previously unknown injuries affecting Green Bay's roster.
Running back Alex Green and offensive lineman T.J. Lang both suffered concussions and did not practice. McCarthy, however, said he was "encouraged" that Green and Lang will be cleared in time for this weekend's game at home against the Tennessee Titans.
Crabtree, along with veteran center Jeff Saturday (neck shoulder) and outside linebacker Erik Walden (ankle) also did not participate in Wednesday's practice.
"We limited Erik Walden today because he's been playing a lot," McCarthy said. "He's such a physical player. I anticipate he'll be fine for Sunday."
Veteran defensive back Charles Woodson, who's missed the past seven games with a collarbone injury, was limited in practice.
"Charles has not been cleared yet," McCarthy said.
Wide receiver Jordy Nelson is also still unavailable with a nagging hamstring injury that has forced him to miss the last two games.
"Jordy Nelson is getting better," McCarthy said. "His work (Tuesday) was pretty extensive. We'll see how he recovers here the next couple days."
Quarterback Aaron Rodgers is listed on the injury report with an ankle injury, but he was a full participant in practice, and there are no concerns that it will hinder him on the field whatsoever.
Running back James Starks (knee) and defensive ends Jerel Worthy (hamstring) and C.J. Wilson (knee) were all held out of Wednesday's practice.

After wrapping up the division title last week, the Green Bay Packers will look to get closer to getting the number two seed in the NFC when they take on the Tennessee Titans Sunday afternoon.
The Packers are heavy favorites in this game and because they still have a lot to play for, they should be giving this game their all.
Green Bay’s defense should have an easy time slowing...
GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Greg Jennings could be preparing to play his final few games with the Green Bay Packers, and the two-time Pro Bowl, soon-to-be-free-agent wide receiver knows it.
"Sometimes you look on the wall and you see a lot of writing," Jennings said Wednesday in the locker room. "And it's hard to ignore that writing as a player. Because you never want...
GREEN BAY, Wis. A foot of snow accumulating Thursday and blizzard conditions throughout northern and central Wisconsin will once again give Green Bay Packers fans an opportunity to shovel out Lambeau Field.
On Friday morning, by which time the snow is expected to stop falling, the Packers are asking for up to 600 fans (ages 15 and up) to help remove the snow from the stadium.
The Green Bay Packer clinched the NFC Central title by closing out the Chicago Bears in grand fashion.
However, the Packers aren’t happy with just division titles, they want Super Bowls rings and they feel that they are just getting warmed up.
Along with key players getting healthy, there is a feeling that the team is coming together at the right time.

Packers receiver Jordy Nelson (hamstring) didn't practice again Thursday and seems doubtful for Sunday. SOURCE: Pete Dougherty, Green Bay Press-GazetteFantasy Spin:Nelson (46-658-6) has missed the last two games and most of Week 13 due to a hamstring injury. Even if he can get things together for Sunday's game, he'll be difficult to trust with Randall Cobb, Greg Jennings...
Greg Jennings is not naive and he's not ignoring reality, either.
The veteran wide receiver is in the final year of his contract, and has yet to hear from the Green Bay Packers about an extension. Common sense - and Green Bay history - would suggest that means he'll be playing somewhere else next season, a notion Jennings doesn't dispute. But even with the Packers playing...
Green Bay Packers WR Greg Jennings continued to discuss his future with the team. Jennings was asked whether or not he plans on being back with the team next season.
“Will I be here? That’s totally up to the Packers,” responded Jennings, via NFL.com. “I know one way I don’t want to be here is under a franchise tag.”
Jennings, 29, is set to become an unrestricted free...
According to Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy wouldn’t say for sure whether cornerback/safety Charles Woodson will play this week.
Coach Mike McCarthy would not guarantee that Charles Woodson (broken collarbone) would be back for the Tennessee game Sunday, but he did say he hoped to get him some action before the playoffs...
The Green Bay Packers are looking for help.
The NFL's only publicly owned team is asking for as many as 600 people to clear snow from Lambeau Field on Friday. The first big storm of the winter has already dumped 6 inches of snow on northeastern Wisconsin, with up to a foot expected before it tapers off. The Packers host the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.

Randall Cobb has taken his new role and run with it, developing into the NFL's top all-around threat in just his second season in the league. With the injuries to Greg Jennings and Jordy Nelson, where would the Packers be without Cobb chasing franchise and NFL history?
Greg Jennings has been Aaron Rodgers‘ favorite receiver for going on six years now. But the times may be a changing in Green Bay.
Jennings has been the Packers’ most productive receiver and biggest red zone threat over the past five years, averaging about 70 catches, 1,100 yards and nine touchdowns over that span. But a lingering groin injury this season severely limited his...
GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Donald Driver is a four-time Pro Bowl selection, the Green Bay Packers' all-time leader in receptions and receiving yards, a Super Bowl champion and a "Dancing with the Stars" winner.
But even though Driver's DWTS success last spring did wonders for his celebrity status, the 37-year-old is having a challenging 14th season with the Packers. Driver...
The Week 16 matchup is the fantasy football championship for many league owners, meaning that the entire season all comes down to one single weekend. Many leagues have more than just pride at stake, with a rather large prize payout going to the winner. With that being said, can you feel comfortable going with an old school nostalgic feeling and start Green Bay Packers running back...
We use coach’s film from Sunday’s contest against the Green Bay Packers to break down why the Chicago Bears were unable to punch the ball into the end zone from the 1-yard line.
