For now, it doesnt appear surgery will be necessary for Davon House to get back on the football field.
Following Sundays practice, the Green Bay Packers second-year cornerback said the left shoulder subluxation he sustained in the teams first preseason game against San Diego on Aug. 9 shouldnt require surgery unless it happens to pop out again.
At that point, surgery will be a must, but right now House is eying a return to the field possibly as early as next week barring no setbacks.
When Houses does return, the 6-foot-0, 195-pound cornerback will need to wear a brace on the shoulder for protection for the entire season, limiting his mobility, physicality and ball-hawking opportunities.
Were shooting for hopefully I can be back Week 1, House said. The way my progress has been going, its a good possibility that I can be ready for next week. Docs been impressed with how its been going, but if my shoulder wont let me go then I cant really go. I cant be out there with one arm trying to cover. Thats hard to do.

Randall Cobb Fantasy 2012
The Green Bay Packers are being touted as one of the number 1 contenders in the 2012 season, and with the third best passing offense in 2011 (averaging 307.8 yards per game) there are plenty of reasons to be high on the Packers players as fantasy options. Aaron Rodgers and crew are playing the leagues second easiest schedule in 2012, playing only seven teams that had at least 9...
