Packers defensive end Mike Neal was suspended for the teams first four games of the 2012 season for violating the NFL policy on performance enhancing substances. For a player who has been hurt as much as DE Mike Neal the past two seasons, the news that he'd been suspended for the first four games of 2012 for an illegal-substance violation literally added insult to injury. Because of shoulder and knee problems, Neal played in only nine games since being drafted in the second round in 2010.
