Found October 31, 2012 on Fox Sports Wisconsin:
Green Bay cornerback Davon House has been named NFC special teams player of the week. House blocked a punt in Sunday's win over Jacksonville that resulted in a touchdown. He is the first Packer to block a punt since Sept. 29, 2003, when linebacker Marcus Wilkins accomplished the feat. It was the first blocked punt of House's career at any level. Sunday's punt block was recovered in the end zone by rookie linebacker Dezman Moses. The last time the Packers had a blocked punt for a touchdown, House was just a year old. House also made his first career start against Jacksonville, recording four tackles. In his second season out of New Mexico State, this is House's first career Player of the Week honor. He is only the second Packers special teamer (non-kicker or kick-returner) to be honored, joining linebacker K.D. Williams' honor in Week 3 of the 2001 campaign.

GREEN BAY, Wis. Packers coach Mike McCarthy has shown a dedication to the running game this season, much to the delight of the team's offensive linemen.
