NFL Injury Report:
Green Bay Packers
While Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson and tight
end Tom Crabtree have been ruled out for today’s game against the Tennessee
Titans, running back Alex Green is questionable to play.
Despite missing an entire week of practice after suffering a
concussion last weekend against the Chicago Bears, Green hasn’t been ruled out
for today’s matchup with the Titans. Missing a week of practice doesn’t bode
well for Green’s chances of suiting up. If he is sidelined due to the head
injury he will be replaced by a combination of Ryan Grant, DuJuan Harris and
Beyond Nelson (hamstring) and Crabtree (hamstring), the
Packers have also ruled running back James Starks (knee), defensive lineman
C.J. Wilson (knee) and safety Charles Woodson (collarbone) against Tennessee.
Green, offensive linemen Don Barclay (illness) and Greg Van
Roten (back, illness) and defensive lineman Jerel Worthy (hamstring) are listed
as questionable to suit up against the Titans.

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- It was almost a shutout. It was the most points scored by the Packers since 1983. It was nearly the largest margin of victory for the franchise ever. This was exactly what Green Bay needed with the playoffs approaching.Handing out grades following the Packers' 55-7 win over the Titans:Passing Offense: AQuarterback Aaron Rodgers had good protection in the pocket...
Week 16: Green Bay Packers vs. Tennessee Titans
This Week’s Pick
Green Bay Packers
Now that we know the Mayans were wrong, here’s a sign the world still may end: the Packers will put this thing away early. With the pressure of winning the division off, the Packers return to an aerial attack and...
Fantasy Football News - Green Bay Packers running back, Alex Green and James Starks, both have not practiced this week. For different reasons, the Pack’s two leading rushers on the season have not been able to take the practice field leading up to the week 16 matchup with the Titans. This leaves the running back duties to newly signed Ryan Grant, rookie DuJuan Harris and veteran...
The Green Bay Packers will hand the ball off to a familiar face in the Week 16 matchup against the Tennessee Titans, with Ryan Grant being declared as the team’s starting running back with Alex Green failing to receive medical clearance to return to action.
It was expected that Green would be relegated to the sidelines as a spectator after his concussion suffered from last week...
The Week 16 matchup is the fantasy football championship for many league owners, meaning that the entire season all comes down to one single weekend. Many leagues have more than just pride at stake, with a rather large prize payout going to the winner. With that being said, can you feel comfortable going with an old school nostalgic feeling and start Green Bay Packers running back...
The 10-4 Green Bay Packers are set to take on the 5-9 Tennessee Titans in about 90 minutes' time. The weather in Wisconsin finally turned into a regular winter this last week. There was plenty of snowfall in Green Bay and surrounding areas Thursday. The team had to call for volunteer shovelers (who are paid $10 per hour, by the way) to help clear the snow from the seating areas...
The Packers need to bear down on Johnson this Sunday and keep him from running free
I’m going to depart a bit from the usual Key Matchups format because the Tennessee Titans are an unfamiliar opponent of the Green Bay Packers and also due to the injuries on both sides.
We will return to our regularly scheduled “Key Matchups” next week when the Packers visit the Minnesota Vikings...
Getting a week off sounds great to the Green Bay Packers.
It's looking even better now, too.
The Packers moved up to the No. 2 seed in the NFC on Sunday with their 55-7 thrashing of the Tennessee Titans and Seattle's victory over San Francisco. Beat the Minnesota Vikings next weekend, and the Packers (11-4) can spend the first week of the playoffs parked on the couch.
The Green Bay Packers are coming off a 21-13 road win against the Chicago Bears that improved their record to 10-4 on the season and clinched the NFC North title. Aaron Rodgers threw three touchdown passes to James Jones to stake the Packers to a 21-7 third quarter lead, and the Bears weren't able to find the end zone again. That final score is deceptively close-kicker...

Green Bay kept their hopes for the NFC number two seed alive, scoring 55 straight points, easily beating the Tennessee Titans 55-7 Sunday. On the frozen tundra of Lambeau field it was Tennessee that looked frozen all game long managing just 180 offensive yards, 53 of those yards came on the final drive when Tennessee scored it's only touchdown, while yielding 460 as Green Bay...
GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Defensive coordinator Dom Capers made it sound like injured Packers defensive back Charles Woodson would play in the team's regular-season finale next weekend.
Woodson wasn't so sure about that. But one thing is certain: Woodson, an eight-time Pro Bowl selection, will miss his eighth consecutive game Sunday with a collarbone injury."I don't feel...
