Packers Plan To Keep RB Cedric Benson In Workhorse Mode -

Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Tom Clements said he does not plan on backing off running back Cedric Benson’s workload. Through four games, Benson has received 91 percent of the running back carries. “He’s a workhorse and when he touches the ball, the more he touches it, the better he gets,” Clements said. “We’d like to work those other guys in there if the opportunity presents itself but you try to get [Benson] the ball to get him going.” Alex Green and James Starks (toe, day to day) aren’t threats right now even though Benson is averaging just 3.56 YPC.

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings admitted that he’s frustrated with the fact that he re-injured his groin this past Sunday. “Extremely frustrated, honestly,” said Jennings, via the Green Bay Press-Gazette. “Trying not to let it completely overtake me, and let it become overwhelming. Rodgers on wearing visor: 'I would never'

GREEN BAY, Wis. Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is not considering the possibility of wearing a shield or a visor on his facemask, even after the injury he suffered in Sunday's game. Midway through the third quarter of Green Bay's Week 4 win, New Orleans Saints safety Malcolm Jenkins was attempting to tackle Rodgers near the goal line when his finger violently poked the...

Aaron Rodgers Enjoys Dressing Like a Pirate, Thinks Wearing an Eye Patch Would Be Awesome

Week 5 Fantasy Football: Top 3 Wide Receivers

Who will be the top fantasy football wide receivers in Week 5? Jordy Nelson - Green Bay Packers Mr. Nelson has disappointed a lot of fantasy owners this year, including myself.  Although I knew it would be near impossible for him to repeat last year's uh-mazing season that surprised everyone with 68 receptions, 1,263 receiving yards, and 15 touchdowns, I still had a strong feeling...

Saturday gearing up for 1st visit to Indianapolis

Hard as it is to believe, Jeff Saturday needs a visitor's guide to Indianapolis. Sure, he can give his Green Bay Packers teammates a list of restaurants to rival Zagat's after spending the first 13 seasons of his NFL career with the Colts. Have everyone over to his house if he wants. And he knows the way to Lucas Oil Stadium so well he could probably drive the team bus....
